Provided you follow the recommendations given in your inspection reports and safety management systems, notify us of the incident and/or significant change immediately and follow all our advice, we guarantee our service for the duration of your agreement.
We’ll pay the cost of defending safety prosecutions and actions taken by an enforcing authority from an incident that occurs 30 days or after the start date of your agreement.
